Congregational Senior Housing

Ecumen develops congregational senior housing for churches desiring to expand their ministries, intergenerational relationships in their church and revenues. This is typically a mix of independent, assisted living and memory care housing that is physically connected to the church and is on land that the church owns. In addition to providing development services, Ecumen also can market and manage the housing if the church desires.
